I called Monarch and spoke to Ashley about issues with rats getting into our roof and she told me they specialize in rodent abatement - hallelujah! She was able to get someone out right away to quote me and then the work was done roughly a week later. All communication was super quick and clear and I am so glad I found this roofing company.
